Nicobeer

We have the smoking ban already here in Wales. Just been down my local for
the first time in weeks, it stank of thelack of tobacco smoke, what a
fucking disgraceful abuse of our civil liverties, I am off to live in
France.

What's the betting on somebody marketing Nicobeer, a pint of bitter with
the added advantage of nictotine before the year is out?

Unfortunately France is next, although bars have a longer period of
grace. Brittany Ferries are non-smoking now (apart from on the deck
in a force 9, even after the captain has banned access to the decks
due to high winds - "it's OK sir", said the CS lady on the desk,
"smokers can still go outside, it's just non-smokers who have to stay
inside"!!!! (honest conversation a few weeks ago!).
