Do they tend to be sent recorded delivery?

I've never received one recorded delivery, but a friend has:

    http://tinyurl.com/23ubdj

Case is still ongoing, apparently; police have not let it drop,
disregarding that it took them months to get the NIP out, and then by
recorded delivery - helpfully proving that it took more than 2 weeks
    to arrive.

Doubt it. I was (rather unexpectedly) served a couple of months ago and
    they came standard first class.

    Don't spoil it!

Unfortunately, I may have to wait until Saturday to find out. Exciting
    times.

During the Vietnam war, someone didn't bother with the 'chutes.

Postman tried to deliver yesterday but nobody was in to sign for it so
he left a card telling me it's waiting at the RM depot. I haven't had
a chance to collect it yet.

Teach a man to fish and he and his pikey mates will have the
river cleaned out in a day.

  18. Gooks is not nips. Slanty eyed fckers are difrent, see?

Actually, if I recall correctly, 'gooks' was the terms employed by the
UN forces in Korea - resurrected for use in Vietnam along with 'slopes'
and 'dinks'. Dehumanising the people makes it easier to kill them,
    doncha know.
