Nitrogen shock rebuild/recharge

Discussion in 'Motorcycle Technical Discussion' started by Rob Kleinschmidt, Jul 20, 2009.

  1. Anybody ever rebuilt and recharged an external reservoir
nitrogen shock ? I just pulled a seriously abused Fox twin
clicker off the bike and replaced it with a Works that I got
    a deal on.

    There's an ebay site

    http://stores.shop.ebay.com/Vintage-Fox-Shocks__W0QQ_armrsZ1

selling rebuild kits and manuals for fairly reasonable prices,
but I'm not how you manage the recharge part.

  2. I have a "T" size bottle of nitrogen, and will be emptying out it to fill
with O2 towards the end of the year. You anywhere in central CA?
    Free gas!
