Just decide where you want to go, when you want to go and post here
asking if anyone else fancies coming along.

Implement a no-cunts rule by either taking it to email (or simply
ignore anyone you don't like) and it's game on. You can be certain
you'll find a few that want to go but can't, a few that say they want
to go but won't and a few that say they won't go because someone else
is going but in the end you'll go and have a great time.
