    There's a woman getting around Canberra "in" a home-built contraption based on an
    '80s big-bore Suzi (I think; all these Jap 4s look the same to me). It has a ramp
    at the back, she wheels in, locks down, whips on her lid, and off she goes. Doesn't
    mind demonstrating that it's not an electric gerry-cart either.
