Not all good news

The surgeons removed my stone in a 2 hour operation but have put a new
stent in as they suspect I have some form of kidney disease - my left
ureter has closed right up and my kidney wouldn 't be able to drain
without the stent in place. I will be back here for my next
urerteroscopy operation in two weeks time.

Needless to say I'm not in a very happy frame of mind right now

 

Sorry to hear that. With a bit of luck the problem will have been caused by
the kidney stone and will only be temporary.
