    Shirley you're in the stew then for employing such persons? I don't have
    a clue how the law is for employing non-EU persons. Those questions the
    HR department sorted out at the time.

    The employment is perfectly legal, we registered as an agent company with
    Himmigration Inc. They have Visas.
    What surprised me was how they accessed NHS services including A&E/Family
    planning. Never a query or £ paid.
    One brought her mum over because the healthcare back home was so expensive.
    It's all free now.

    It's quite incredible.

    I would hope that anyone can access A&E. Worrying about whether they
    have a NI number or not is the last thing to cross my mind if they've
    just been scraped off of the tarmac.
    You are sounding more and more like a Daily Mail reader as this
    progresses. :)
