    You don't need to shag her. Just give her a lift into work on the MV a few
    Saturday mornings in a row...

    Sorry to hear that mate. Never good when that happens, to anyone.

    Feel free to come out on the bikes with the Bristol mob anytime, I
    think we may make it to Avebury next week on Wed eve & we're off into
    sunny Brizzle tomorrow night if you want to join us, give Statto a
    shout if so.

    But it's only a single-seater so she'd have to sit on my lap.

    Ah... good plan.

    PFCT;

    Going forward, you'll have to think about getting a two-seater for
    Terry-Thomasing purposes.

    I've only got one pillion-capable bike - & it's pink. I'm not sure that
    would portray the right image to a potential suitee. I suppose it shows
    I'm in touch with my feminine side, but it's not /my/ feminine side I
    want to be in touch with, iyswim.

    No, I think it's time to get the big guns out. I was going to put the
    Corvette back on the road this year anyway[1], & that's a well proven
    pulling tool.

    [1] Hence my recent "anyone got a trailer" post.
