Can anyone tell me the motorcycle helmet requirements, in the Northern
Territory, for road riding. As I've had a report, that if your over 16yrs
you do not have to wear one. I find it a bit hard to believe, especially
after the NT conformed to national road rules a couple of years ago.

The over 16 thing applies to pushbike helmets on bicycle paths - not
    motorcylces.

  4. So far as I know, only Harley riders are exempt from the helmet law.
