    I've done similar - 19 days of stuff for two on the Tiger. Apart from
    the obvious (topbox, panniers & tankbag), the trick was to use a pair
    of large throw-over panniers over the tank, hanging down on tie-down
    straps. Gives you all the capacity you need, & gets some of the weight
    forward & low where you want it.
