Im currently rebuilding a bike that was purchased as a repairable write-off.
My intentions are to register the bike for road use in NSW. Unfortunately
(or fortunately depending on how you look at it), the bike only came with a
new full Ti aftermarket exhaust system.

I know that if I were to follow the RTA book, i would be looking to either
source a stock exhaust system or get an engineers cert. (unlikely) in order
to get a blue slip happening. Realistically, what are the chances of getting
away with getting blue-slipped with the aftermarket system installed? Anyone
had experience in this? I assume taking the bike to your typical
car-orientated mechanic who knows-jack-all-about-bikes would be the go.

make sure it has a label on it as per the infamous clause 19.

You can buy them in some bike shops, they are called "can kits".
