NSW: Double demerits

    For speeding (and seatbelt offences,) double demerits will be in force;

    from: Friday 24 December 2004
    to: Monday 3 January 2005 inclusive

    and

    from: Friday 21 January
    to: Wednesday 26 January 2005 inclusive
