The NTV 650 - a good choice for someone not asking for frills but good
    torque, reliability and little service?

    And soes it "ride"?

(still looking for a cardan, 500-750 ccm V2, affordable bike for a beginner
who wants to avoid the cost of a MG Breva for possible beginner dammages
-and who thinks the NTV meets the requirements, but doesn't look very
    handsome)

Does all that. I can slide mine around corners quite happily, so I guess it
    "rides". :)

You'd best not be tall though.
