    No, my argument is that imported words might as well follow the grammar
    of the language to which they've been imported. In this case, the
    singular would be '-ist', plural '-ists', with '-isti' being no more
    than an affectation. Cf. the discussion in another thread about the
    plural of 'panini' when used in English.

    If you're worried about the grammar of the donor language, do you do the
    accent as well?
