Got a letter from the council about recycling etc. So, were gonna get *another* bloody wheelybin for garden waste etc. That's ok for me although I can see it being a problem for folk who don't have enough room for _3_ wheeliebins. Anyway, it goes on to say they'll lift the paper bin more often (once every 2 weeks), I never fill mine in a month and I buy 2 papers a day and honestly try to put as much paper as possible in it. All well and good, but, now they say they will only lift the household grey bin once every *2* weeks instead of weekly! Fuck that, how is that gonna work? I live alone and fill my bin every week, sometimes it is a struggle to get everything in, and that's non recycleable stuff, mostly. But what about family households with kids etc, how are they going to get a fortnights shite into a wheeliebin? Not to mention in the summer, the things will be fuckin' stinking. Folk are going to start leaving bags of rubbish around in the street, it's happening here already with the 10 quid uplift charge. If it's lying in the street then they have to do someting with it. /rant
