I spent a fair bit of time in Cork a few months back. It's changed a lot over the years, becoming more of an sub/urban sprawl. It's easier to get past though, with the new bypass opening up the South West. -- Dave GS850x2 XS650 SE6a I demand nothing of you except that you amuse me. Doesn't even scan with the new word being two syllables instead of one. These arseholes are going to bring up a generation who can't even put together a lyric for the eurovision song contest. Oh, we've just gone there, haven't we? Still, Gary Glitter will be very proud of our latest effort.
Are you trolling for a response here? Because if you are you seem to be very ignorant. Sure, the rewording of baa baa black sheep is seemingly misguided; but I don't know enough about the *nursery* (remember it's a single nursery) in question to really be able to have a view. And feeling a foreigner in your own country; well that's probably just normal isolation. It's a common feeling. And regarding the "Fucking Wogs" line; well... I'd wager good money that the nursery in question which started this is ran by 'white people'. So why the anger towards 'wogs'. In any case, we all have a considerable debt to 'wogs' due to the contribution they've made to this country over the past. fx: wanders off shaking head.
In uk.rec.motorcycles, Dr Ivan D. Reid belched forth and ejected the following: I thought it was by Iron Maiden ;-) I'll have to did that out and have a listen. I didn't look at a dictionary, I must confess but my interpretation of the word means something along the lines of a bunch of people that have their own culture and beliefs and are a bit stuck in their ways. Heh. Bang-to-rights, guv'nor. I get a bee in my bonnet about it every now and again and not having the education to argue successfully about such things, I tend to say nowt. It doesn't stop me getting angry about it though but what to do? "Move to somewhere less pikey" is the best idea but I need a round tuit.

Interestingly I have seen sheep with all colours on them - including fluorescent ones - but that has more to do with the rams marking their 'territory'[1] than anything PC. Is it me, or is the underlying theme of that story that if a women is such a fucking chav that she gets too drunk to remember anything (which is something I've never experienced no matter how drunk I've been), then the bloke would be guilty of rape if there's then sexual intercourse? -- Veggie Dave UKRMHRC#2 BOTAFOF#08 IQ 18 FILMS http://www.iq18films.com Extreme Racing http://www.veggie-dave.co.uk Toxic Shock Syndrome Gets More Girls Than Me
In uk.rec.motorcycles, Veggie Dave belched forth and ejected the following: If she said she didn't give consent, yes. That's the way I see it and she doesn't have to be a chav!
How the **** would she know? Apparently she can't remember anything at all... Anyone that gets that drunk, irrespective of sex, is a chav. -- Veggie Dave UKRMHRC#2 BOTAFOF#08 IQ 18 FILMS http://www.iq18films.com Extreme Racing http://www.veggie-dave.co.uk Toxic Shock Syndrome Gets More Girls Than Me
Ding! Mistakes are discrete or countable so the comparative is "fewer"; "less" is for continuously measurable things. (Roughly; you can have fewer coins and thus less money...) There are one or two around here who aren't. ;-) -- Ivan Reid, Electronic & Computer Engineering, ___ CMS Collaboration, Brunel University.
