  2. They're certainly look to be getting the overweight barges moving at a
    fair pace.

  4. Well he can certainly hustle the Wing round a bend but I've not seen him
    go quite that quickly.

    Bloody amazing really.

Any clue as to what the camera bike is? Not having got my knee down I
assume the scraping sound is a knee slider touching down?

    It's an 1800 'Wing.
Absence of traffic suggests a track of some kind as they passed what seemed
to be the same "spectators" parked on a bend twice.
Damn fine bit of riding on a machine that big, and good camera work too.

  10. Yes but what colour 1800 Wing did Dodger hire when in the good old U S
    of A?

    Paul Corfield says...
That would be the footboards touching down I'd have thought. Not so bad
if they fold upwards, but a bugger if they're fixed in position.

  14. Not many circuits have 30 MPH speed-limit signs, though[1]. My first
guess is the Pacific Coast road in California.

[1] ...and if it was a circuit they removed the 30 sign before they got
    back around to the spectators.
[2] ...nor traffic going the other way[3].
[3] Though when I was diverted onto the Spa track once to avoid roadworks,
the local motards were doing timed laps despite there being traffic going
    both ways!

I've just had confirmation from someone who knows it well, & it is
indeed Deal's Gap, heading East to be precise. It also seems likely the
rider is a pro MX'er called Dave Stanton.
