I was looking wistfully at a 650 yesterday but it was just a tad too pre
enjoyed for what I want. A lower mileage one would perk my interest
    but.

That's alright, Rob, no thanks were necessary.

I'll just let you google for half an hour the next time you're
    struggling, okay?

Watch it. It's the film that gave me an "emotional reaction" to banjo
    music...

And I thought it was just me. That is a relief then.

'ere, have you been phoning Radio 2 with traffic reports? I ask because
someone claiming to be a snowleopard did that very thing today.

  10. I was under the impression that it was overpriced, over budget,
    extremely late and virtually unselleable.

    maybe I misheard.

I've been known to stretch the vocal chords (when I'm drunk)

Much the same as with my banjo playing really, not in any sense that
would be recognised by any living organism with a sense of hearing no
but I am prepared to give it a go.

I dunno. I have always had a downer on Italian machinery and there
still seems something fundamentally wrong with an Italian motorbike made
for road use to me. It is like their cars, made for looking at rather
than using and if you are silly enough to actually use them they fall to
    bits.

    Hmmm... makes it attractive.

    Lonely(er) I should think.

It is a bit academic as it goes. If my trips round Sunny Essex in the
last few days are anything to go by there are none of either on the
market for me to judge anyway.

Ebay is no help. The nearest FJ is in Ashford and completely the other
direction for a ZZR. Miffed I am, I was hoping to at least get me leg
over one and try it for height this week.

    Rope says...
If anyone is qualified to speak on the respective merits of either
bike, then it's Champ. He's owned an FJ, and also owned ZZRs.

If he says the ZZR is the better bike, then I'll believe him. I knew it
anyway, cos I have ridden a fair few FJs and owned 3 ZZRs.
