You just need something that 'any reasonable person' would be able to
understand. The BBFC require a little more (to say the least), but
either way it's not a legal document anyway irrespective of what anyone
may say or think

AFAIK there are no official guidelines to disclaimers/warnings. I only
know what they want from long, drawn out 'discussions' with them when
trying to get stuff past them without too much being taken out
