oil pumping on the ground

    why is my oil pumping out on the ground every time i turn the engine
    at the clutch pushrod where its connected to the clutch cylinder
    there seems to be some kind of oilway just where the pushrod is
    inserted
    any ideas
    what the hell is going on down their

    Its the same vf 500
    Thanks for the tips but i got that particular problem sorted[CLUTCH
    PUSHROD SEAL)
    20 year old bikes should not be cosidered for mechanicl repair in
    terms of normal seconds minutes hours weeks
    No for every 24 hours take a week at least
    Its really a case of will it be repaired before I die and I am only 45
