    Snigger.. sorry

OK I'm looking for a common (or recent) four valve head on either a 250ish
single or >500ish twin... But here's the trick, I'd like it to be twin
overhead cam, or at least single OHC...

    Cheers,

Eh? Whuffo? What kind of condition does it need to be in?
You need the cams, camfollowers etc too? the valves themselves
    have to be any good?

CX is 4-valve, but pushrods not OHC.

    SRX250 is four-valve single DOHC, I think.
CB250RS is four-valve single SOHC with forked rockers.
VT500 has two three-valve SOHC heads?

So, are you going to tell us what you're doing or what?

The GSX series were 4-valve and the GS just two valve.
    The GSX400 was a 4-valver but the GS450 was a two.
I'm sure the GS500 is a descendant of the GS450.

My old Yamaha TX500 was four-valve twin-cam. But around 1973.
What did the GS450 screw and was it a difficult birth?
