That's actually fairly subdued riding. Didn't look that dodgy to me.

I've seen (and done) far worse.[/QUOTE]

" The reckless nutter touched 185mph - the fastest recorded speed on a

    I don't fucking think so!

I don't mind. As mine has zero mass, its speed is theoretically unlimited.

Is this where we discuss whether 'British' includes Manx?

I think it's actually still limited to c, if we're being very general. If
we're talking about a bike, it presumably has dimensions, even if only
imaginary ones, in which case its speed may be limited by wind resistance.
Its acceleration, on the other hand, might be unlimited.

  10. If you like :

Yes ! - The Isle of Man is one of the British Isles

No ! - The Isle of Man is not part of Great Britain

Mick Whittingham says... That would be all well and good, if the bike in question was actually an
    R1... but it's a fucking Gixer 1000

  12. I think you've just won the prize if there is one. I wouldn't know, not
even having an imaginary one. Just my old FJ12.

Yes, yes that's what I meant. The energy (E) required to attain c would in
fact be relatively modest, considering that m is zero.

    Or something.

Anyway, I'll just print out TOG's follow-up and frame it...
