    You can pick one up from someone in Melbourne through the Trading Post
    Go to http://www.tradingpost.com.au
    then enter "on any sunday" in the search box
    he does direct deposit, you don't need a credit card and his price is about
    $30 delivered
    If I had a copy, I could have got you one for half that
