Following the advice of a poster on this group, I liberally applied
Armourall to the rear tyre, seat and handgrips of my ZZR250. It looks
great now, but I'm experiencing a new problem: despite the ZZR250's
relative lack of power, every time I twist the throttle (an exercise
that takes far more effort than it used to since the Armourall
application), I slide off the back of the seat and land on my
    arse.

Will someone please advise me on what has gone wrong and how I might
proceed? I note that the poster is from Melbourne. Should I have
applied Melbourne Armourall instead of the Sydney Armourall that
    I used?

    Thanks in advance,

  2. Apply more armourall to the rear tyre. That will help alleviate the
problem with sliding off the seat when applying throttle.

We had a bloke turn up at scruitineering once at Amaroo if I remember
right, with armouralled tires on his RG500.... wondered why we wouldnt
let him out on the track. Bike was really bling with everythign
    armouralled.

Hahaha... I would have let him go, but only after I'd run the book on how
many corners he'd last before throwing it into the weeds.

    Tee hee... You called :D :D :D

Na, Sid Jackson was the spoilsport, he wouldnt let me go out on
armouralled tires AND a camera on each forkleg held on with bluetack
    while wearing my speedos..
