And what better vehicle could one choose for a return to the road?

    Nice one.

That's great news Kev - getting your money-making licences back will be the
cherry on top, but at least you're mobile again.

Managed to spin the back wheel up yet?

ATM anything with an engine would do:)

I think it will be safer for me than my other options, the GPZ is her
little baby and my brothers Trophy would probably encourage me to do
    something silly.

Yey! Top stuff that man. Mind you, your fitness will now suffer as a a
result of not cycling everywhere any more.
Cool. Haven't had one of those on a BBB run yet.

    <Ritchie Benaud mode>

    TOP result that.

    </RBM>

DVLC should issue it with -1000 points on it, on a gold plate and
delivered on foot by the Queen herself from Swansea for the grief
    you've been through.

Another piece in the puzzle sorted out.
    Turnip next week then?

No, I have a prior appointment with my local club[1] at another pub a
few miles away, unfortunately its a monthly meeting that I cannot
    easily avoid.[2]

Tue 21st is free as is most of my time except the evenings of the 2nd
    tuesday of each month

    [1] VSOC C19

[2] A couple of members of this club provided my family and I with a
LOT of help and assistance especially on the legal side[3] of things
from immediately after the accident to the present day

[3] a lot of which could not be disscussed on a public forum.

Not before time, eh. That's the result you wanted, I guess -
confirmation from the pencil-necks that you are fit to drive/ride.
I would assume you'll be happyish with that for now ;-)
That's a bit of an arse. Is this just a formality (he asks with
    fingers crossed) ?
That'll be that grinning nutter - the one with the helmet creaking
from the internal pressure and the moustache furiously bristling forth
    ....

Well done Kev - good to have you back.

I don't waste rubber, I am economising by occasionally lifting the

It also implies a certain fitness for work, but not enough for my type
    of work.
One side of the fence says thank christ I don't have to use busses
anymore, the other side says its an insult.
No, as far as I can find out this the main part of the fight:-(
And still managing to embarass the occasional FWO in heavy traffic:)

I am pleased to announce that my road skills have not deteriorated too
    badly during my absence.
