    er, that's not new news is it? I'd heard, although I can't remember
    where from - ah! yes I can; 6pm news on Radio 4 - that he was going
    to resign after the Hutton inquiry.

    I wouldn't be surprised if he did go in the very near future... some of his
    comments at the Hutton enquiry smacked of "**** this for a game of soldiers"
