Just back from the BMF show. Amongst the myriad stalls I single these
out for a mention in dispatches:

Baby Biker. Their PX scheme for kid's gear was exactly as promised.
Bigger Falcos to keep the lad going for another couple of years and a
cheery "'bring them back again when he needs the next pair".

Baglux. Very interested in having one of there comfort seat conversions,
but would prefer to see if I can find a spare original item first as
    they convert your own seat.

Michelin. A very informed discussion with a techie about tyre pressures
for the Pilot Power 2CTs - he had even heard of speed hill climbs. Best
of all so far as the boy was concerned a poster autographed in person by
Charlie Boorman. His Paris Dakar bike was on the stand and Charlie was
there at 3pm as promised. He came over as a really good bloke.

Only down side was the M6 being closed between junctions 5 & 6 on the
way back. Had to be a bit circumspect filtering with the nipper riding
    pillion.

Check out fleaBay then. I got a Baglux seat, brand new for 50 quid less than
Baglux's list price and I didn't have to fart about sending my original for
modification, so now I've got the option to change. A big "softie" for when
the missus is on the back and a single seat and GRP seat hump for when she's
    not.

Good plan, but there are (to my knowledge) only two 'French tarts' on
the road in the UK. Well worth checking out ebay.fr though. Thanks,
    hadn't thought of that.

I use eBay.co.uk for all my unusual "needs", but sometimes I get re-directed
to the .com site. If any of them post overseas, I've not let the location
put me off, as even stuff coming from the US gets here faster than stuff
coming from Busters, here in the UK. I've been waiting 10 days for
handlebars from them (and still AM waiting)
