    It's a question, not a statement.

Anyway, can someone with a clue about these things respond in the next
    29 minutes or so?

*sigh*, I want a response from someone with a clue about such things.
You only want me to buy it so you can ride it; which I guess you'd do
pretty soon after I got it. Following that, you wouldn't really worry
massively if the engine grenades or if I've got a horribly big service
    bill. Oddly enough, I would.

I've sent the vendor an email asking "what's wrong with it" and "did you
have the 800 quid service done". So far he's not answered, I find this
*slightly* concerning since I'd assume he would be in when the auction's
ending. Maybe not. I'm close to giving this one a miss, although
you'll be pleased to hear I've bid on two others (lost) and am currently
    watching another.

Also, he claims he's moving to Spain but isn't flogging anything else on
    eBay.

I'm worried because I understand some disreputable sorts view eBay as an
outlet for the crap that they don't want to keep themselves because it's
unreliable and they can't get the dealer to take it back. Hard to
believe but there are people like that out there you know.

It's a bit easy though, innit?

Nige's rattle appears to be on a hair-trigger.

Sorry, but it's not worth going to whatever shit hole you live in to do
that. But, if you want to come to Chimay I'll happily call you
    dishonest there if you like.
    Flock mentality? Go **** yourself.

IIRC I was one of the first to call you as a racist; nothing to do with
    a flock mentality.

I've also called you dishonest in another thread; you know you sold the
BMW with doubts about it, I know you sold the BMW with doubts about it.

I'd have mentioned my distaste at your dodgy dealing sooner if work
    hadn't got in the way.

It's also odd that I seem to recall you sold an "excellent" off road
bike to someone who managed to knacker it in a day or so. Odd that,
I've never sold a bike that died that soon after I flogged it. Suppose
you were "completely happy" with that one as well... which was why you
    sold it.

Odd that he thought I was talking about him since I didn't mention him
    by name here.

You bought any dodgy BMWs on there?

Maybe he should take it back to the dealer, see if they'll give him a
    refund..

Well... check again, because I followed up to you in the "Help, tax
    question" thread with:

"Oh, and FWIW you acted like a **** with the BMW passing it off onto
some unsuspecting punter when *you* sold it because you didn't think it
was salesworthy. You know it and every one else knows it, the more you
try to defend your actions the bigger a **** you look. "

And I think we *all* know plenty about you:

    1. You state it's an unreliable piece of shit.
    2. You state you're going to make the dealer take it back.
    3. You punt it out to some mug.

You know what you did was dishonest, that's why you're getting so
    shirty.
"Go **** yourself" indidcates you touched a nerve?

What then does your reaction indicate.
You sold it because you thought it was a lemon. You suggested they'd
taken it back because it was a lemon.
I know less than you about racism, clearly. But enough to recognise it
    when you've spouted it.
Is that some sort of quaint insult?

Yeah, of course it is. Odd that your eBay advert stated what an
excellent bike this one was as well. Seems to be a bit of a pattern.

I wonder what's wrong with the Blade? Guess you won't bother mentioning
it's a parallel import in the advert.
Are you sure about that? I think I might well. Or are you suggesting
    that you're such a man that I wouldn't dare?
Nothing's 'munged' about the ID, email works to it.

No, didn't bid. Far too much with the fact that the vendor hadn't
    responded to my emails.
    Well, now you mention it...

    Actually, I think you'll find it's *you* that's wrong. You said I
hadn't complained to you- the above is a quote from where I had.

So, remind us, why did you sell it again?
You still left people with the impression the dealer had taken it back.
Oh, lots of things are within the law but still disreputable.

So, how much did you lose on it with the finance etc.?
