I'm currently in the process of delivering a kidney stone.

Wait while they try to stuff a camera up your penis. Even with
anaesthetic it was, ummm, interesting to say the least!

I used to develop dust, loads and loads of tiny kidney stones that
passed through regularly, but were exceedingly painful when they did ..
like sandpaper being constantly rubbed in all the wrong places.

I've been there, many times last year. Over all I had 5 operations and
countless procedures to rid me of a 15mm stone ldged in my left kidney,
and four smaller ones stuck in the ureter.
I've yet to experience the actual final passing of a stone down my old
fella. That should be happening any time soon - judging my the sudden
absence of pain in my kidney and abdomen, I reckon the stone has now
made its way into my bladder.

Since Satisfaction appears spectacularly inappropriate, I'm guessing that
you mean Sympathy for the Devil?

Sister Morphine sounds apt. Anyway, I think that TOG may mean cue Frank
    Zappa.
