    There's calibration and "deep into three figures" - last time I checked
    our NSL was only two digits - around 40% lower than the start of three
    digits.

    And you don't think that there is a bit of a difference between video
    evidence of the bike's _actual_ speedo and a GPS track that could have
    come from any old bike?

    I do hence why I can see video evidence such as you have mentioned
    being perfectly admissable, but GPS track logs not being.

  6. One could only hope the learned judge had, while a penniless law
    student, owned and ridden a shiteoldscooter with a wildly inaccurate
    Veglia speedo which commonly indicated 80mph while the machine was
    really doing 30.

    'Twould be nothing for a good brief to extrapolate from that.
