    .... other unreal things; paging Ivan...

    Anyway, what's wrong with yeast for this sort of thing? Ethanol's a
    pretty "useful" hydrocarbon.

    Um it isn't anything like zero point energy. One just needs to develop
    something as useful and powerful as, say, photosynthesis.

    As for the other, nothing that scales and gives a sufficient energy gain has
    come along yet.
