quickly became

"every household in the country a broadband service of at least two
megabits per second by 2012"

This is so true.

 

I knew Jacobs had bought into it but my understanding was that they've
bought into the contract partnership but we still actually 'own' it.

 

I'd hate to think we had sold control of it. But it was that
'Independent' article I was thinking about when I made my first comment.
