    Yeh, it's a bit of a snag...

But since it's intended for the windscreen, how about the inside of your
    visor...?

Funny you should say that, but I once did temporarily do that with a
'Nothing to Declare' sticker to go through the customs at Dover.

In any case, there is vestigial 'screen' on the tart that would
accommodate about half of it. Should I go for the top triangle or the
    bottom two do you think?

I s'pose that's why the French don't have CTs on bikes - no room for the
sticker. Wonder what they do with the green insurance slip?

Good point. Wide, strong, clear adhesive tape, works for me on the faux
WR250. I wonder if they also have the equivalent of 'MID'?

For the past couple of years, Tesco offered rather competitive quotes
    for my gaff.

So does big brother now make it a legal requirement to display this to
aid the orifices of the law in the persecution of the public or are we
still in the "Give them a free sticker just as a reminder now like and
    we'll **** em later!" phase?

They seem to vary wildly even within the same postcode. Cheapest I've
found round these parts are M&S & Endsleigh.

Hiscox. Not the cheapest but range of features that come as standard is
    very impressive.

I don't work for any sort of insco, never mind a proper one.
that's nice. I can get a bit of a discount on a policy from the blokes
down the road, but it still doesn't make them competive.

But I did get a very good deal on the car from Swiftcover, so it's
    swings and roundabouts.

It must be noticeable and put on a place situated in front of the plane
defined by the 2 fork stanchions.
So generally it is on the front fender, or on the side of the headlight
    bracket for a roadster.

Or for those of us who CBA, in the wallet with the insurance green card.

thanks all - I'll do some investigation.

Oddly enough Tesco are looking front runners at the moment on a price -
    v- features comparison.
