    I'm reading the book "D-Day" by Stephen Ambrose (for possibly the 5th
    time) and I've got to the bit where they're talking about this
    gentleman.

    Heh. Certainly in the '80s, 'Boxwood' was a genuine codename, so maybe
    it originated from much earlier and that's why he got confused.

    There certainly was. Especially at "our" end of the scale.

    Oddly, it seems that should one reach five years of age, then 70 or
    more was easily achievable. All of it horrible, no doubt.
