I might be. I was having a look today, mapping reckons over 3 hours
for the straight peage route though - cuttting into valuable drinking
    time.

Chuck it over my way. I'll try to figure out a route that attaches to yours.

Attention! Brownz reports that the Autoroute map will not display in AR
2007, prolly 'cos it was created in AR 2010. The Garmin gpx should
however display or be convertable to other formats. Probably.
Gimme a shout if it disnae an tha..

Ta. I'm actually going the old fashioned way and will point myself in the
general direction of places. I'll probably use the GPS on my iPhone for the
last leg (read: when I arrive at the destination town)

    Scraggy wibbled forthrightly:
Bad form, etc. If I took your route, then it'd be a right dog-leg route
for me. I need to look at another way.

Oh, opens fine in google earth.

Ah no bugger I'm on the ferry. I really should pay attention.

Right, who on the ferry has looked at the maps and is slow enough for
    me to keep up with?

  13. In my experience, the fast boys (and there are precious few of those
over any distance) undo all their speedy work by getting lost too often.

Dodger and Linda on the Wing generally trundle along at medium revs, but
as has been noted before, the bike has a hyperdrive fitted somewhere
because no matter how many times you overtake it, you always come across
it up ahead, parked by the side of the road.

On a motorway or on more entertaining roads? I'm only asking because I
think there might be two answers to your question.
