Wish I could help. Indeed, I'd be prepared to put money on it being
Joe Satriani, though; it's recognisably his style.

 

Could be, or Steve Vai.

 

It's not Vai. Doesn't have his "sound", for want of a better word,
and isn't, well, "widdlywiddly" enough to be him. Vai may have
learned his early chops from Satch, but he took it on and developed it
into something different.

 

Oh. I was expecting Louis Armstrong.

Nah, deffo not Vai - I'd bet my bike on it. The overall style is very
Satriani and the little, even almost subtle whammy dives sign it for me. If
it's not him, the guy playing it lives Satch imho.
