Am I reading too much into it or is all this stuff about Arctic storms and
stuff just another scam by The Government to divert attention away from The
Hutton report and Top up Fees ?

Funny how it all happens the same week isn't it

I'm not paranoid, I know they're watching me.

Not from where I'm sitting it isn't.

Oop here, in lovely Durham, I have seen *all* the types of weather just
    today.

It started off sunny, then dulled a little, then we had some thunder,
and a little rain, which turned to sleet, and as I looked out of the
window a wall of snow came across. Then it was a blizzard, with some
more thunder, and now it's just gently snowing with a bit of brightness
    as well.

Same here in Reading. Glad I didn't cycle to the Civic Centre today.
