Angel Islington. Dunno the name of the firm but they sell jet skis and
bikes as well so they shouldn't be hard to find.

    Lol!
No I just need a source of 166bhp two-stroke engines that use CVT
transmission to fit in a scooter.

Built by a pretty single-minded and brilliant engineer, too.

His spannies aren't as good as Petel's tho'.

I`ve actually come across < smirk> that before.A brilliant piece of
engineering and lateral thinking. They obviously have access to a better
machine shop/facilities than me but my project won`t be half as complex. They
needed to fit a gearbox/clutch and convert to chain final drive whereas I
intend to use the CVT transmission/belt drive almost stock to drive the rear
wheel and keep it as an automatic twist`n go in the scooter stylee:)
This is in the earliest stages at the moment and won`t even get going until
I source a suitable donor engine which might mean making a few contacts and
shipping from the US or Canada as the prices for secondhand
    snowmobiles/parts are relatively cheap.
WUN, I`ll ping you when we`re running again in the spring with a few dates
if you want to hone your cat-herding skills:)
