OT Tossing

  1. 17 out of 18 perfect flip and catches. I rock.

The first one too much mix came out into a not hot enough pan, so we
discarded that attempt. At times like that you need a labrador.

I did 24 at work for kids and staff and 22 later at home for family
and friends. Work fillings choices were lemon, brown sugar, jam. Home
fillings choices were bacon, maple syrup, cheese, beans, ginger syrup,
home made plum jam, lemon, brown sugar, apple sauce and home made
vanilla ice cream. I ate 4. I am not a tosser, I am a flipper.

I was worried there for a moment that you'd put all these fillings
    together in one pancake.

Some good alternative fillings in the list.

Yeah, one of my faves is cheese (strong cheddar) and ginger syrup - a
bit odd, but ver ver nice.

Yeah, true, but bacon and maple syrup is to pancakes as green is to
    Kawasaki motorcycles.

Ah, but when it comes to cooking, I'm humourless. Serious business,
    stuffing people's faces.

  11. You've clearly never been to Chateau "Owen and Marina" as you wouldn't
be shocked by beans in a pancake if you had. The food and company are
excellent btw so don't turn down an invite.

  13. Apart from the first they were very thin, so more an artistic flip
than a toss I guess. No ceiling interfaces anyway.
