OT Trip up Norf

    So today i took daughter to her boyfriends up in Leeds from here
    in Oxford, took less than 3 hours.

    On the way back it took 4.5 hours, the traffic was horrendous,
    so methinks the norvern monkeys are all coming down sarf as
    its prosperous down here?

    Probably more to do with time of day. The kind of motorway gridlock
    that happens on the M25 also occurs on the M1 during rush hour and it's
    generally around the Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham and Luton areas.
