Considering Edward VII used to shag her grandma, it's more of a family business, imo. -- | ___ Salad Dodger |/ \ _/_____\_ GL1500SEV/CBR1100XXX/CBX1000Z |_\_____/_| ..87845../..23037.../..31893. You're still talking about Camilla? Do you mean the gran who was 16 when Edward VII died or the one who was 10?

I find all department stores somehow unsettling, in a "yes, but what kind of shop *is* this?" sort of way. But JLP ticks my boxes - they do have stupidly expensive stuff, but they also have normal stuff at reasonable (ie. Argos/Comet-like) prices and offer a decent warranty. It's also just a much more pleasant environment to shop in than, say, Comet or Rosebys, and the staff are a bit more pleasing to the eye (cf. the checkout girls in Waitrose vs Iceland) Shit for clothes, mind. HoF covers the top end, Debenhams covers the middle, and the supermarkets cover the bottom. JLP seems a bit confused.
Phil Launchbury coughed up: I do hope it doesn't need fixing under warranty. We are now on the third no-show by their worse than fucking useless service dept. Very shoddy service, and fucking arrogant when challenged. -- Dan L http://thebikeshed.spaces.live.com/ 1996 Kawasaki ZR1100 Zephyr BOTAFOT #140 (KotL 2005/6) X-FOT#000 DIAABTCOD #26 BOMB#18 (slow) OMF#11
