Why old flat trackers slow up....how to reverse the condition.

New discovery, there are many children in the US now under 5 with arterial
sclerosis in early stages..... and for some time an epidemic level of
    diabetes in children and adults.

    Whats up with that?

Ive been studying and experimenting on these ranges of issues for a while
and here is what I think .... based on a lot of reading and various trials
    with my own body.

    Summary:
Processed food manufacturers, including fast food joints, sell more food the
more adicting the food is. So what makes food adicting. Many factors Im
sure. One factor would be how concentrated the taste is, and how fast
the food breaks down in the mouth and the rest of the digestive
tract....this gives better taste, and a more sudden hit of energy from the
    food.

This is, imho, being accomplished by food processing that more finely
divides the food particles...so fine in fact that many leak though the gut
wall directly into the blood stream forming a complex sludge that plates out
on the blood vessel walls and even gets into the lymph where it plates out
as a range of plaques around the cells. These plaques deprive the
associated organs of cleansing and nutrients and they shrivel, become
    diseased or die.

A first world, advanced culture phenomena....expecially in the US...because
we can afford highly processed food (the US spends at least 600% more on
food that undeveloped countries per person, most of that is in processing to
create finer and finer particles...poorer countries, without serious
diabetes or heart problems live on unprocessed whole foods)

In addition to that, these fine particles pre-occupy the body's immune
function cells, microglia for the nervous system, and macrophages for the
blood with capturing these undigested or incompletely digested food
particles that leak though the gut wall...allowing thier normal targets
autogenerated amyloids and other self generated toxins to build up and form
thier own plaques... this contaminant unhandled also makes a person feel
    tired....Epidemic in our culture also.

You can look at it this way, our bodies evolved digesting chunks of whole
grain that may have been mashed into 30 different small particles by chewing
alone (boulder size to the gut wall)...so that complete digestion had to
take place before the nutrients in them could get through the gut wall. But
with finely divided modern day, highly processed food, the particles are
already small enough to pass through the gut wall before they can be fully
    digested.

These form sludge thoughout the body, even between the cells themselves.

Solutions Ive tried that have worked very well for me on these issues.
First fasting for 3 to 7 days on water, raw vegitable juice, and vegitable
enzymes (thanks to CBW on that last one)...this ir seems at least puts
enzymes into the blood stream where they can attack the plaques. and the
fasting cuts the load of debris in the blood so that its thinner and cleaner
and can purge the blood vessels and tissues of this accumulated debris.

    Initial results are very fast.

Ive also taken 2000 mg of vitamin E and 180 mg of ginko billoba/ day to thin
the blood futher speeding that process. (both blood thinners constitute a
risk of stroke and intestinal bleeding in suseptible people). Longer
lasting results begin to go 'permanent' after 6 months to several years on
this periodic fasting and a whole foods regimine from what I can tell.
But even the first few days produce great benefits one can usually
feel...especially if working hard in that time frame. Hard work shows up
these problems where couch potato's wont feel a problem until they are amost
    dead.

Whole foods would be things like brown rice, not white rice, no pasta, no
dairy except predigested dairy (yogurts and Kiefer). raw fruits and
vegitables, steamed and some fully cooked vegitables, meats (but too much
has other problems), fish especially salmon and dark meat fish (high
beneficial oils content),...food eaten as it occurs naturally.

Things such as canned and frozen food with its highly refined processed
sauces etc...deserts, may be the worst...any food intended to addict such as
in fast food restaurants would hold high risks.

Eating these highly processed foods produces detrimental effects that can be
felt almost instantly on ingestion if one is already fairly well clogged
with these sludges and working at the same time.

Elminating this processed food debris by fasting for a 3+ days produces
dramatic beneficial effects...as the load of these sludges abates general
health and well being is restored (unless pathology, diabetes, cancer,
arterial sclerosis etc have already been so well established that tissue and
organ damage has gone into the late stages, even then, this regimine seems
to improve most conditions dramatically given a few months time.

    Phil Scott, \
....who is not a medical doctor...those it seems by and large have let the
american public down on this and a broad range of other medical issues over
    the years.

Note: It is not practicing medicine in the US to state ones own laymans
opinion and findings, as long as one is not charging for such opinion or
even advice... or offering medical treatment in exhange for money or other
valuables (practicing).... same with law.... all that is protected free
    speech.
