    System running WinXP pro, fully patched up and with up to date
    anti-virus, a particular application HAS to run as an Admin, is there
    any way other Admins can be locked out from viewing the results?

    If I was to create a folder on another drive as an admin could I protect
    it from another Admin?

    Sheesh.

    Right-click the folder in question, choose Properties;
    Click Advanced...;
    Tick the "Encrypt contents to secure data" checkbox.

    I'm sure you can work it out from there...

    I can, but as Jim indicates, other Admins can easily get into the
    folder and have a butchers.

    I am looking for something to protect a folder with a password that
    other admins are unable to get access to.

    Would it be possible to use one of those protection programs, or
    something similar, that some USB pen drives come with, or would an Admin
    be able to get around that?

    Or, the most simple solution is to employ admins who aren't nosey :)

    To the OP: WTF is the app? A P45 generator?

    Heh, I'm reminded of various FD's asking how they could keep the ITD out
    of the accounting systems :eek:)

    "You can't, I have oversight of everything you do" <evil cackle>

    Not without leaving a trail they;ve done so, if you allocate it by
    unique username and set the security policy so it leaves an audit
    trail.
