I'm doing it cold turkey again. Once I get past 3 days I've cracked it and it's only my own stupidity (usually coupled with alcohol) that starts me off again. It's been 17 hours so far. I've slept for 10 of them. Since I've got up I've munched on crisps, made soup, made croutons to go in the soup, eaten the soup, done housework, eaten blueberries and grapes, got bored of blueberries and grapes, demolished most of a bar of green and blacks, chewed my nails and failed to find anything on TV to watch. I've only made it this far because there are no teenagers around to annoy me. I'm close to cracking and going to the shop. What's going to get me through the next couple of days?
