Just queuing to get out a carpark, car in front pulls out, kid comes
bombing round the corner on an Aprilia 125 trailie - bang. He hit the
car at about 45 degrees & bounced down the road, then got up & hobbled
to the pavement, shouting words that Nige would be proud of.

I picked the bike up & wheeled it to the pavement. It was amazingly
healthy - broken front brake lever, scuffed bar end & that was about
it. The car was a different story, having a huge kid-shaped dent in the
rear quarter panel. A 9 year old non-descript hatchback, so that'll be
    a write off then.

Totally the fault of Aprilia-kid imo given the speed he was going, &
fair dues he seemed happy to take all the blame.

Hmmm... car pulls out, vehicle hits car pulling out.... nope, even
though kid was possibly speeding, still cars fault IMO.

The bike wasn't in sight when the car pulled out, so no way was it the
    cars fault.
