You may recall the incident at the local tyre fitters were they put 61 psi
in the rear of my ZX12R resulting in a "minor" tumble on leaving their
    premises.

The minor tumble resulted in 2500 quid of estimate from two local dealers,
although to look at the bike didn't seem that damaged.

I've been in Helsinki for the last two weeks with work, it was a lovely
treat to find a £2500 cheque waiting on the mat when I got home :)

Even better that I got a mint silencer off ebay for 40 quid instead of 700
    quid!

  3. Result. Nice to see the monkey's employer realised the error and that it
could have been much worse. I wonder if said monkey still has job - if
he's got a modicum of common sense it might sink in and he'll be careful
    from now on.

Indeed. In fact, he might be a bloody brilliant fitter from now on.
