Folks.

I'm looking for recommendations for places that sell, erm, larger
sized leathers.

MCA and the like don't even come close, and an off the cuff quote
from DBT in Yagoona is _way_ more than I want to spend at $1400
for a jacket.

Anyone got some recommendations? I don't care if they're OS and
I have to get them sent in - as long as the prices are reasonable.

If you know someone whos going overseas get it made there instead.I went to
bali a few years ago and gota leather jacket made up,to measure with
excellent material,and had all the pockets where i wanted them extra padding
etc,cost me $90 Australian,aboslute bargain,thankfully i havent come off the
bike yet,sure beats paying a fortune here.

That's a totally awesome idea.

I flew to Bosnia Herzegovina and stalked this little old lady to the
Alpinestars factory. Once she'd finished stitching my suit, I
suckerpunched her in the head and took it and ran away.

With the cost of the airfare, travelling to/from the airport, food and
accomodation, it cost me an extra $27 to get a suit but I got a trip to
Bosnia thrown in...and thats got to count for something.

Strongly recommended.
