I don't think I even need to click on this.

This is the scene from the 2008 MMA film Never Back Down which is
currently doing the rounds as genuine footage of a one punch knockout?

    THEY'RE FUCKING ACTORS!

Neither was the Indiana Jones shooting the flamboyant sword waver scene
    - still amusing though.

Sure but that was never purporting to be real where as this has been
landing in inboxes all over the place under the guise of some kind of
underground footage of a real fight.

This is the actual trailer. The original clip is at about the 1 minute
stage. Interestingly the scene is from a completely different angle.

  8. Oh now come on, that really does look fake.

  9. Maybe the youtube clip was used because they looked more like real men
from that angle and not oiled up gay boys.

I really wish I hadn't seen the trailer now.

Well I thought it was pretty obvious but then I'm involved in martial
arts and I'd seen the film.

  11. Also, the trailer version looked CGIed to me whereas the the YT clip didn't.

    Aiming at the Pink Pound.
The film is atrocious. It's like a modern day Karate Kid.

Thinking about it, I can't think of one good martial arts or fight
    sport film I've ever seen.

  13. Oi, I liked the Karate kid, I've still not managed to catch a fly with a
    pair of chopsticks.
Jackie Chan in the Cannonball run was rather good but that wasn't
(supposed to be) a fight film.

I like Jackie Chan films. They're more Buster Keaton than Bruce Lee
and it's all tongue in cheek.

No! When did you last watch it?

It looks like some sort of home made youtube spoof.

Probably a couple of years ago.
It's old & cheesy, but it's still a damn good film imo.

  20. Call me controversial but I thought Bruce Lee took himself too seriously
.. Anyway, I think this is where I say "*Ding*"
