Paging 419ers

Right, I'm going to have a go. This fucko looks like it's going to be
too easy but I have one small nagging problem (apart from that one) and
that problems is: Can I safely use a Hotmail address with no chance of
any of the emails being traced back to me? I don't use a proxy server,
have no intention of doing so and don't want my IP address on the
headers.

Any clues, please, people?

The paid-for service (10 bucks or thereabouts) munges your headers for
you. That said, Hotmail is pretty good anyway, and you've nowt to
worry about from the Nigerians. The Russkis are the nasty bastards.

I'm "one of those" and I use Googlemail exclusively.

 

I'll set up a googlemail account and send some emails to myself. I
really don't want any identifying stuff on there whether they're 1,000s
of miles away or not. I suppose I could go and use an internet cafe but
then for that sort of money I could take up TOG's suggestion of getting
a paid-for munger.

Isn't Gmail relatively safe as well? I thought they didn't send your IP with
mails wheras Hotmail did...
