Did you get that Canon printer in the end, and is it any good?

 

I've got a colour printer you can have for nothing, if you don't mind it not
being that good.

Nowt wrong with that. I never felt inclined to give it up until I
finally, after working for 20+ companies over 15 years, found someone
that would actually listen to my ideas and let me do something about
them.

Plus they don't pay half badly, even compared with some previous EKS
jobs. Which is nice.

Yup, I can see your logic, certainly. House and home are important
concepts, but whenever I've been bikeless for a year or three, I've
been unaware of how much I was missing until I got another one,
IYSWIM.

Can't you talk to your mates in the NHS about getting a bike on
prescription?

Ah I couldn't even find that, and was looking at the iP4200.

These things happen, no problem. I can wait till then, I've lots to be
getting on with.

 

I've bought my last few ink fills for the IP3000 from SVP.

 

They're good. I recommended them to a work colleague and they
unfortunately made a hash of his order but as soon as he contacted
them they said keep the wrong stuff and promptly sent him the correct
order. So they get it wrong, but sort it out straight away.

Unlike those cunts at Aria[1]

[1] thought I'd get a dig in whilst I had the opportunity.

 

Make sure you buy Canon paper and legit Canon ink. It gives the best
results.
